BAFO Group Global initially started as a real estate company in South Africa, where we assisted a Cape Town based InsurTech company (involved in commercial and residential rental insurance) to raise capital from a JSE listed financial conglomerate. We began exploring the intersection of real estate and proptech seven (7) years ago; and are just excited about the endless opportunities of today as well as the future...
Since then we evolved by partnering with a UK-based family office to capital raise for their Guernsey real estate fund. We were also involved in assisting to set up an international office for the family office in the US with a high-profiled Washington partner.
